a low ratio of students to CPR/First Aid certified
counselors who lead lively activities, help with homework, provide snacks and supervise children closely. Students take exciting specialty classes
like Swimming, Karate, Fencing, Yoga, Drama, Creative Writing and learn new skills in Gymnastics, Rock Climbing, Fitness, Cheerleading and Dance. With special guests and field trips to top it all off, kids are sure to have a blast in FUNrichment After-school.

SUN COUNTRY APPRENTICE PROGRAM
Designed for 5th- 8th Graders, Sun Country Apprentices are a group of young adults who exhibit the characteristics of strong leaders. They demonstrate good decision-making skills, strong values and positive attitudes. An eagerness to succeed and a willingness to learn how to work with children of all ages is a must.
Our Apprentice Program is a leadership and job-training program designed to help young adults become strong and successful leaders. It is designed to prepare them to enter the work force in the near future. We will help them gain experience working on a team, interacting with kids and adults, problem solving and appropriately handling difficult moments with both kids and adults. Above all, they will learn what it is like to be a successful leader and role model.

Field Trips are FREE for all Pre-Paid Monthly Tuition Customers only. All others must pay $15.00 per field trip. A Sun Country Field Trip T-Shirt must be worn on each Field Trip.

Sun Country West will offer a daily shuttle to our Millhopper location. The bus will leave the West Facility at approximately 6:00pm each day. Transportation sheets must be filled out in advance. This service is offered free of charge. |

Payments not collected by the stated due date will be assessed a $15.00 Late Fee. |

A late fee of $5.00 per child/per hour for children picked up after 6:30pm daily. |

FunRichment After-School Rules and Guidelines:

Before we pick up your child at his/her school, you must contact the school office and let
them know that Sun Country has permission to pick up your child(ren) after-school. |

Counselors will meet children at designated pick-up areas and wait with them until the
Sun Country vehicle arrives. Routes are scheduled so that waiting time is minimal. |

After-School hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday • 1:45pm - 6:30pm
Wednesday • 12:30pm - 6:30pm |

Please call in planned absences or changes in schedule by Friday of the week before.
Please be considerate and let us know if you pick up your child from school because
of illness or appointments. Please call in any last minute changes daily. |

Time will be allotted each day for snacks and homework. Children are given a snack, but
can also purchase snacks from Sun Country. Please do not send large amounts of money
with your child. Sun Country will not hold your child’s money and is not responsible for any
lost money. Also, please alert us to any food allergies your child might have. |

Children will be placed into groups according to interest and programming needs. |

All children are signed in as they enter the building. They must be signed out when you
pick them up each day. If someone else is picking up your child, his/her name must
be included on this After-School Enrollment Form; they must also bring in a photo ID.
If someone comes to pick up your child that is not on the list, you will be called. |

Parents are expected to pick up their children by 6:30pm, unless other arrangements have been made (late fees will apply after 6:30pm). Please notify us if you are going to be late. |

Field trips will be planned twice a month. Customers paying by the monthly due date will
receive field trips free of charge. Children must wear a Sun Country After-School T-Shirt on
all field trips. Each afterschooler will receive one free shirt with their first month's registration.
Additional shirts may be purchased as needed. Children who prefer not to participate will
remain at the gym fully supervised. Special guests and educational programs will be
added regularly. |

If your child has special medical needs or has a medical condition that may affect their
behavior please include that information on this enrollment form. The director will handle
the dispensing of medicine for your child as long as we have a written explanation of times
and doses. Do not leave medicine at the front desk or with your child. |

Please make sure your children are dressed comfortably, or bring loose fitting clothes
appropriate for After-School activities; jeans are too restrictive. Swimsuit and towel are
required on swim days. Tennis shoes are required daily. We do not lend clothing. |

We reserve the right to send your child home if we feel he/she is too sick to remain at
Sun Country. Please be considerate and pick your child up in a timely manner. |

Children who are unable to follow directions and/or causing disruptions in their group will
be sent home. If you are notified that your child is having discipline problems, please pick
him/her up in a timely manner. Remember if a counselor has to focus on a disruptive child,
everyone else in the group suffers. |
